  • Payment Information: Payment details processed securely by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Order History: Products ordered, order times, and preferences
  • Membership Information: Membership plan, subscription status, weekly allowance of up to 14 drinks per weekly billing period, cooldown periods, redemption history, and cancellation status
  • Location Information: If you enable location in the app, we may use your device location to show distance to the shop, open directions, and verify in-app member drink redemptions. During member drink checkout, the app sends your current latitude and longitude to our backend to confirm you are within approximately 150 meters of Locke Coffee. We do not store those precise coordinates in your membership redemption record; we keep related order, redemption, timestamp, and verification-source records needed to operate and protect the membership program.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and improvements

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders
  • Manage your membership subscription, weekly allowance, and billing
  • Confirm eligible in-shop pickup for in-app member drink redemptions and prevent membership abuse
  • Send order confirmations and updates
  • Provide customer support
  • Send promotional communications (with your consent)
  • Improve our app and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our business (e.g., payment and subscription processing, Supabase for authentication, Sentry for error diagnostics, Resend for email, Apple services for push notifications and device permissions, and Vercel for website hosting and analytics)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. This includes encryption of sensitive data, secure authentication through phone verification, and regular security assessments of our systems.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information for longer periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements. Precise coordinates sent for in-app member drink verification are used to service that checkout request and are not stored in your membership redemption record, though related order and redemption records are retained as described above.

Our app integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Payment processor: Payment processing, card storage, invoices, and subscription management
  • Supabase: User authentication
  • Sentry: Error monitoring and diagnostics
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Apple: Push notifications, device permissions, Apple Pay, and maps or directions features
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
