By accessing or using the Locke Coffee mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Use of Service
The Service allows you to browse our menu, place orders, manage subscriptions, and interact with Locke Coffee. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through Square. By making a purchase or subscribing to a membership plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Subscriptions: Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us. Refunds for subscription payments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Orders: All orders are final once submitted. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed through the Service are the property of Locke Coffee LLC or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locke Coffee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Locke Coffee LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or sending you a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Campbell County, Kentucky.
