Common fixes

I cannot sign in.
Confirm the phone number is entered correctly, request a new code, and check that SMS messages are not blocked. If the code still does not arrive, contact support.
My payment did not complete.
Check your Apple Pay or card settings, confirm the payment method is valid, and avoid leaving the checkout screen while payment is processing.
Membership checkout says I am too far away.
Member drink pickup uses a location check near Locke Coffee. Enable Location Services for the app and try again when you are at the shop.
I am not receiving notifications.
Open iOS Settings, find Locke Coffee, and confirm notifications are allowed. You can still check order status in the app.

Account and data requests

To request account deletion, a copy of your data, or correction of personal information, email contact@lockecoffee.com from the email address on your account or include the phone number you use to sign in.
