Ube Latte

Twelve-ounce latte built on house ube syrup. Lightly sweet, vanilla-coconut on the finish, and violet in the cup. Planned for the opening menu.

Served at Locke Coffee, 4 W 4th St (corner of York St) in Newport, Kentucky 41071. We're a short walk across the Purple People Bridge from downtown Cincinnati — one of the closest specialty coffee shops to The Banks.
